Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
These awards are only open to self storage companies that are listed in the Storage.co.uk database (searchable  on www.storage.co.uk).

2. Conditions of entry:
Entries for awards in any of the categories should be entered using the form provided, unless they have a photograph attached, in which case they should be emailed to listings@storage.co.uk with the category in the subject line. Entries must be entirely the entrant’s own original work. Entries will not be returned. Incomplete, damaged, defaced or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Storage.co.uk. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Storage.co.uk reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Timing:
The closing date for all awards is midnight on Thursday 15th September 2010. Entries arriving after that date will not be considered for any prizes. Winners will be announced in early October.

4. Data Protection:
Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition will not be used for any future marketing activities by Storage.co.uk or its affiliates. The terms and conditions that apply to information that is already held on the Storage.co.uk database still apply.

5. Selection of Winners:
The winners in each category will be determined by a panel of judges selected by Storage.co.uk. The decisions of the judges shall be final, and no correspondence about the decisions will be entered into.

6. Prizes:
All the winners will receive a Storage.co.uk prize pack, including an official framed certificate. Prizes are as stated and non transferable. No cash or other alternatives are available. Storage.co.uk reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prizes will be sent once the winners have been announced.

7. Winners:
Winning self storage companies will have their names displayed on the Storage.co.uk awards page. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity and Storage.co.uk  reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and any media submitted by them in relation to these competitions in any publicity.

8. Authority:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Storage.co.uk’s decision shall be final. Storage.co.uk reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
