It's refreshing to find people with a very pleasant attitude to potential customers, and even more so nowadays when many are just after as much as they can get out of you. We dropped in for a look half an hour after a good, informative, no-pressure phone call from Will. He showed us the exact dimensions we could choose from, didn't try to talk us into a larger size than we need, and explained the costings and payment process simply and understandably. Security is impressive, as are the trollies to get items in on. We went in for a look and left as customers.

Great customer service, Callum really seemed to understand the stress of moving house and talked through what was needed and I felt a lot of stress leave me after booking! Really flexible options as to sizes and dates, would Definately recommend!

Great initial service. Matched my best other quote and then beat it by 10%. This included all other parts of my alternative deals such as insurance, initial weeks free etc.

Good service so far, still to take my stuff in but staff have been helpful setting up and organising etc. The additional price of insurance is a bit excessive (£21 per month) but they appear to be the most reasonably priced in Southampton at least.

Very happy with the service I received. I got a hand in choosing the size of the storage which was very helpful. NOt to mention the competitve prices! I would definetely would use the Storage again and recommened it to everyone.

I had a choice of Storage facilities within 5 miles of my postcode. All were price competitive and offered similar facilities. The reason I chose Alligator was because of the level of service offered by the personnel at Alligator. Polite, bubbly, friendly, very helpful and prepared to follow through to ensure I had all the information I needed. The Assistant Manager even helped me to secure suitable Van Hire Services. Excellent service!

Very good customer service and best quote I received for long term storage comparing to other storage companies I contacted. Price seems reasonable and there's even van service available at low cost. Would recommend to anyone.
