   Absolute cowboys and dustier than the Wild West

   Incredibly rude! Couldn't have cared less that their fans, that they use to keep the place at the correct temperature for their glass, for their windows, for their other companies, blew horrendous amounts of dust into our compartment destroying some of our stuff and meaning other items had to be cleaned so much that following this they had to be repainted. Only 1 member of staff showed any kind of understanding or willingness to help, unfortunately she was then taken ill and we had to deal with the others. Graham, a director at the company, offered us a discount by way of compensation but this was never received. And he was the rudest of the lot; walking away from us mid conversation. Utterly disgraceful.
