They also put me in touch with some good local removal people.

I have yet to store my stuff - but from when i have paid deposit they have been very helpful I had a better price with the big yellow storage but they matched it by only a difference of £9 dearer but due to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff i decided to stick to the edinburgh self storage ! I agree though make sure u ask there is no hidden extras!

I picked this storage facility after comparing it to others. The space was clean and every effort was made to find a space which fitted my needs. The sales staff were clear and helpful and the process did not take long. They also price matched a local competitor who was a bit cheaper.

I checked other facilities nearby, but with similar prices it just made the heating in Edinburgh Self Storgae seem much better value. Staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful.

As with the other places insurance is on top and there will be a deposit to pay so be aware of that.

I would recommend this friendly helpful storage who could give a personal service. Value for money and better than others because it is a dry and warm storage, reassuring during the winter months. The fact it was the old Jenners depository is a bonus!

Very helpful and friendly, gave good advice re amount of storage space I would require, reassuring me when I doubted the amount I had would fit! The fact that it is a dry warm storage was a plus and my mother would always chose Jenners!

I agree with Kris
The price quoted was misleading for us as well. We were quoted a competitive price, but when the item was moved by the removal company to the place, we were told that their definition of height and width for a cabinet is different. I believe they should act professionally and say all that up front. We ended paying a lot more since we had no other choice on the spot.
I suggest that you ask many question before accepting their terms.

Quote was bit misleading as they didnt tell me about additonal cost of insurance or that I had to pay a deposit too, only found out in person, be careful, ask ALL prices upfront and ongoing storage cost too

I used this company over the Summer while I was abroad and I thought it was a very useful service, with friendly staff and it wasn't too expensive either. Recommended!
