   I am amazed to read the previous comment from Martyn as I have always had 1st class service from Flexistore.
   They are friendly and courteous in their dealings with me and this includes whenever they either pick up or deliver my stuff between Edinburgh and London.
   This latter point matters a lot to me as I am a single woman, living alone, thus it is important to me that I can rely on a firm that is honest, straightforward and safe to deal with.
   Flexistore is all of these - plus more.
   I can definitely recommend them without hesitation.

   I just received a delivery arranged through flexistore. We agreed a price of £78 for a same-day delivery, and received the item 5 days later. I said to the driver that I wouldn't pay the full amount, as it was a breach of contract; I offered £60, which was £20 more than the other 5-day delivery quotes I had received. The driver called flexistore's director, who then proceeded to verbally abuse me on the phone, threatening to call the police. He ended with "It's my ****ing company, and I can do what the **** I want"

   My recommendation: avoid.
